Entry Procedure and Key Dates

1. Email Catherine Britton at gtcebritt@verizon.net with a jpeg file of your work, each work's title, medium, price, and artist name by no later than Monday November 20th. You may enter three (3) pieces.

2. Firmly attach a label with title, medium, price, and artist name to each piece.

3 Drop off your work @ HOS Wednesday November 29th, between 10:00 am-11:00am.

4. Pay $5 per piece (cash or check only) and you will receive a label for your work. The Art League will take a 30% commission on all sales.(NOTES: 1) ESAL will make every effort to safeguard your work. If you need additional insurance it is your responsibility to provide it. Neither ESAL nor HOS will be responsible for works not picked up after the closing date of the exhibit & sale. (2) Your entries may appear in photographs of the event or used for publicity.)

5. Collect your unsold work from the Member Show on Monday November 6th, from 10:00am - 11:00am. If this is impossible due to travel or other considerations, make an arrangement with a fellow artist to pick up your work.
