Spring Show

Entry Procedure and Key Dates

1. Email Marianne mcfrancavilla@yahoo.com with each work's title, medium, price, and artist name by no later than Monday February 27th. You may enter three (3) pieces.

2. Firmly attach a label with title, medium, price, and artist name to the back of each piece.

3. The delivery date is Wednesday March 1st, from 10- 11am. You will pick up your unsold work from the winter show at this time. If this is impossible due to travel or other considerations, make an arrangement with a fellow artist to drop off and pick up your work.

4. Pay $5 per piece (cash or check only) and you will receive a label for your work. The Art League will take a 30% commission on all sales.(NOTES: (1) ESAL will make every effort to safeguard your work. If you need additional insurance it is your responsibility to provide it. Neither ESAL nor HOS will be responsible for works not picked up after the closing date of the exhibit & sale. (2) Your entries may appear in photographs of the event or used for publicity.)

Requirements: All entries must be for sale (no NFS pieces accepted). Paintings and other items for hanging must be ready to hang, either framed or canvas wrapped with wires (no sawtooth hangers accepted). All hanging items must have no dimension greater than 48 inches including framing. Paintings must be dry (no wet artwork will be hung).We have a lockable glass case for 3D work.
